ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1) ควบคุมดูแลคุณภาพด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ จนกระทั่งผลิตเป็น mass production (Supervise the quality of new product design until mass -production)
2) บริหารงานภายในองค์กร เช่น การควบคุมดูแลงบประมาณ expense investment manpower และ OT ( Manage internal affairs such as budget control, expense investment, manpower and OT)
3) วางแผนปรับปรุงกระบวนการออกแบบให้มีคุณภาพ เช่น ทำระบบ quality improvement plan (Make a plan to improve the design process to have quality, such as making a quality improvement plan system)
4) วางแผน Future management รวมถึงการหา risk assessment ของแผนก เช่น FY20, FY25 (Manage Future management plan, including finding a risk assessment of the department such as FY20, FY25)
5) พัฒนาปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ (Improve the machine always available)
6) การก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงอาคาร และห้องทดสอบ ด้านเสียง และ สมรรถนะ (Construction and renovation of buildings and test rooms for sound and performance)
7) การปรับปรุงคุณภาพเสียงของผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นนอกจากเครื่องมือวัดแล้วยังต้องคำนึงถึงเสียงจริงด้วยคือการใช้หูของผู้ฟัง (Improving the quality of the sound of the product, in addition to the measurement tools, must take into hearing the real sound as the use of the listener's ears.)
