Key Responsibilities
• Proposal Project for budgeting year, Assess the project price to request the budget under MOC, Safety and Requirement customer
• Planning project schedule Follow up timeline project under lead time of Master plan.
• SOW (Scope of work), BOQ Mat’l ,Spec for Technical data score, award the winner for Commercial bidding
• Kick-off project meeting Master Plan, JSA, Inspection tooling with contractor before start project.
• Coordinate with safety, owner area, continues of installation project until finish project.
• Handover project to customer CMMS submit, WCM, WI, Equipment, Spare part list and other
Other after finish project
• Support Focused Improvement pillar (WCM)
• Modify & Apply Machine for New product, trial until machine no problem with Process team.
• VA,VE Project, Machine Improvement concern Quality problem “Project Up speed line” increase capacity
• Drawing CAD 3D, 2D by Solid work &Auto CAD program P&ID Design and sequence step design of project

• STMP Mixing Project
- Problem : Powder high cost and up Price
- Improved : Order poder chemical mixing by ourselves by new machine
- Invest : 1.4 milion Equipment Stainless Steel motor, pump tank and software.
- Pay back : 3.7 Month
• Pusher Project
- Problem : Board slip
- Improved : Improvement machine Use a pusher and prop up the board.
- Invest : 1.2 milion Equipment Stainless Steel motor, pump tank and software.
- Pay back : 2 Month and Reduce paper costs of paper density.
• Up speed new Celing Tile
- Problem : Volume order increase.
- Improved : Improvement machine by upspeed increase 50%
- Invest : 0.65 milion Equipment Change spocket and motor and software.
- Pay back : 3 Month

• CapEx Project driving under OE, MOC, Safety and Requesting from another department.
• Restore Basic Machine, VA/VE Improvement, Utility M/C, Process Improvement, Environment ,OE finding.
• Preparation SOW (Scope of work) of each the project in year.
• Contact supply chain & Coordinate meeting all department for auction decision supplier.
• Kick-off project meeting Master Plan, JSA, Inspection tooling with contractor before start project.
• Cooperate with safety, owner area, PSSR continues until finish project.
• Handover project to production, maintenance or each department. (WI, Equipment, Spare part list and other)
• SAP system user for Authorized CapEx Project.
• Compliance with company procedure and business principles.
• Take responsibility for the safety and behavior of any person under my supervision including contractor.
• Preparation documentations to comply with OE Standard, MOC support audit program.
• Close GAP of OE finding of global recommend.
• Project Planning, LRP submit for next year project.

• Utility Maintenance (Hot oil Boiler system "Boiler operator license", Chiller system, AHU system, HVAC System, Pump and piping, RO water and Softener, Pneumatic system, Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO), Air compressor, Softener system. Commissioning Machine for startup.
• Budgeting Plan maintenance for month to year.
• Make the Spare part and Equipment part list.
• Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Downtime Machine Plan.
• Why analysis and training team to knowledge.
• Reduce time of Repaired Breakdown Machine.
• Management spare part for Machine.
• Project improvement saving Energy or Emergency case, TPM Activity (PM, AM, 5S, Fugai, Kaizen).
• Prepare audit ISO document Mechanical and Utility department.
