Plan and control production cost to meet the specified standard.
Plan to control the rate of manpower to have salary.(Wage are standard rate)
• Manage Plan order and manpower follow up with sale team meeting.
Received Plan from planning and allocation to product input weekly & daily.
Control stock card Raw material & FG , Control loss moisture % in process.
Calculate manpower need each month and arrangement follow plan forecast.
Plan preventive maintenance AM & PM ,Monitoring M/C downtime.
Maintain machine and equipment as good condition and ready to operation.
