-Monitoring scrap part and establish preventive measures to scrap reduce.
-Take action on customer concerns.
-Review procedure, std, wi, to be consistent with to the present and customer requirement
-Issue the countermeasure report and review to close the countermeasures.
-Monthly internal quality audits and quality patrols and monthly quality meeting summaries.
-Support customer audit and internal audit.
-Support IATF audit and internal audit.
