ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Purchase spare part for engineer.
2. Contact the government.
3.Taking care of employee welfare such as shuttle bus, drinking water, printer fee, lunch, New Year's party or activities specified by the company.
4. Coordinate with all concern party to prepare documents to open jobs and all managers and various projects to approve budgets.
5. Control purchasing such as quotation, invoice, and PO/PR in the ERP system.
6. Control and conclude budget and cost and key data in ERP system.
7. Coordinate with technician and follow up to repair general affair.
8. Manage and support Technician (EQ) and Maid.
9. Coordinate Supplier and vendor to build the new project.
10. Audit safety,5S, 7S,hazardous waste, waste water, energy.
11. Reduce monthly cost.
12. Pay for water-electricity and control usage
