taking on responsibilities as a Site Engineer, Cost Engineer, and Estimator. As a Site Engineer, reviewed construction drawings, supervised works in accordance with approved designs, managed construction schedules, and performed basic structural calculations. As a Cost Engineer, prepared quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from construction drawings, evaluated unit rates for materials, labor, and associated costs, and developed project budgets and tender documents. Responsible for cost control by monitoring actual expenditures against budgets, preparing variance reports with root cause analysis, managing progress payments and contractor claims, and proposing cost optimization solutions through value engineering without compromising quality. Involved in contract administration, including review of contractual terms and conditions, preparation and evaluation of variation orders, and price comparisons. Actively coordinated with design, procurement, construction, and project management teams, prepared weekly and monthly cost reports, and supported management decision-making. Utilized digital tools and software, including BIM (Building Information Modeling), to support cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
