Job Responsibilities:
As a Coordinator, my primary role involves collaborating closely with the
project team to ensure smooth project execution. I am responsible for
preparing purchase orders and contracts (work orders), as well as
negotiating prices and credit terms with suppliers. Additionally, I ensure
suppliers are kept informed of relevant news and updates.
I also address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while
preparing reports to ensure compliance and submitting data to various
project departments. Tracking customer and project information is a crucial
aspect of my role to maintain accurate and timely records
