ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-New production launching and process evaluation of Caterpillar Rayong Track-type Tractor (CRTT)
-Improve Production process to achieve maximum efficiency.
-Technical resolve, analysis, concern Part Assembly & Welding Process.
-Control and maintain production process follow company standardization.
-Design of equipment and tool for support production department.
-Prepare and set up Standard document and maintain the system.
-Improvement and cost saving in manufacturing process.
-Preparation APQP & PPAP documents for submit following as customer event required.
-Control NPI, ECN, PCN and audit preparation.

-Develop machine, equipment, tools for improve product quality to meet customer's requirement.
-Design work flow and transportation routing for new process by lean manufacturing concept Support to design new jigs & fixtures to use in production process Issue documents such as work standard, work instruction, check sheet to use in production process to maintain quality of product.
-Design a jigs & fixtures in the production process.
-Manage manpower to support production plan to achieve production target.
-Process monitoring and control product quality.
-Analyze failure of product and definition cause & action to prevent this problem
