ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Contact with customer inform about shipping details and how to
procedure with customs and FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
and other officer concern. (Company, Personal)
if some shipment require import license we need to explain and
help customer do import license for import.
Support customer if apply privilege for import (FZ EPZ02-1
EPZ101 FORM ATA CARNET Personal Effect).
Help special case if have to negotiate with customs or FDA (Food
and Drug Administration) directly for problem solving.
Coordinate with our shipping partner (if need this shipment
release urgently).
Coordinate with Doctor Team, Easy Clear Team, Key data team,
Shipping Team, Key account Team, Sale Team, Supervisor, and
Manager for Import process.
