ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Productivity and Quality improvement in production line meet company target
1.Responsible target standard time reduction and work with concerned department to achieve management target setting in productivity, Efficiency, Reject and waste management.
2. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement project and root cause analysis to formulate/support innovation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
3.Coaching cross functional team for all process improvement activities.
4. Measurement & Evaluating the production line capacity, manpower and improving line balance.
5. Study and generate motion and time, analysis, the statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine the standard quantitative manufacturing data such as UPH, Man machine ratio, OEE%, Utilization, cycle time etc.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems and facility utilization.
2. Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
3.To support and meeting with manufacturing team to find out process problem root cause and control process variation to meet customer requirement.
4.OEE machine analysis and improvement.
5.Otimization any resourcing such a man and machine with customer forecast.
6.Generate and determine install capacity, (machine cap, headcount cap, tooling cap and indirect mater cap) as demand forecast of customer, also provide decommit demand by device to PC by monthly and special project analysis.
7. Calculate and conduct for test / Assembly a headcount and resource requirement of cost saving and productivity improvement. 8.Facilitate Test/Assembly machine internal movement / inter site transfer/ consignment transfer to support capacity expansion or cost control.
8. Develop methods or tools to improve team productivity and maximize efficiency
