ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Create and develop effective inspection method and high efficiency testing equipment for inspection process in
order to comply with requirement of customer, quality management system and concerned international standard.
- Supervise and support the subordinates to work in accordance with customer, international standard
and company requirements.
- Provide and verify the inspection method and test equipment for inspection process.
- Analyze failure, create corrective and preventive action to respond to internal defect and customer complaints.
- Root cause analysis and create proper corrective action to prevent reoccurrence for relating process.
- Verify to ensure quality level of the first lot of material and finished goods product are meet requirements
- Apply appropriate sampling plan, analyze and summarize data for required report and submit to
department manager.
- Conduct a quality audit system to assure quality of manufactured products and material.
- Cooperate with concerning department to improve quality/ productivity and cost reduction.
- Develop a vendor quality program to ensure the supply of high quality part to the plant.
- Authorize to stop the trouble material or process if quality level does not meet the company standard.
- Verify product substances to be compliance with customer requirement.
- Other job assignments by direct superior position.
