-Assist to Project Engineer
-Planning to the site each day activities and each day site construction.
-Preparing detail design and shop drawings of structure, rebar, concrete,
scaffolding
- Control and monitoring the safety, quality control, cutting materials
wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment
-Coordination and supervision on construction works to ensure smooth
work progress and completion within target time and budget
-Coordination with other related Engineers, Inspector and Designers to
facilitate production of civil design and drawing outputs.

-Assist Technical Manager and other consultants (Design, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, QGIS) in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner
-Attending external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients and consultants; suppliers and consultants as well as technical and coordination meetings, project meetings and internal project meeting;
-Liaising and coordination with clients, consultants and main / subcontractor on project;
-Writing daily reports for everyday and reported Technical Manager to every week;
-Assists Technical Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department
-Assists Technical Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures
-informing Technical manager of any shortcoming in risk control measures implemented
solves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeking advice from Technical Manager as appropriate;
-Managing project-related paperwork by properly filed and stored, assist project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.

-Assist Technical Manager and consultants (Design, Construction, Mechanical and Electrical).
-Weekly inspection to the site such as prepare safety first, method of construction, rebar installation works, formwork installation works, casting concrete and taking photos records.
-Writing daily records of activities on construction site and submitting a weekly report to Technical Manager.
-Liaising and coordination between the relevant officials and the consultant for the requirements on site construction works and technological knowledge.
-Arrange technical seminars of consultant and assist as interpreter for the clients.
-Liaising and coordination between the suppliers and the consultant for tender specification, technical specification and installation works.
-Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up to date, properly filed and stored, direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
-Coordination and supervision the work activity on site, monitor the daily progress and keep track based on schedule.
-Liaising and coordination with clients, consultants and main / subcontractor on project to sure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications.
-Site inspection, analyse and solving the site problem by visual inspection on all installed components of structures.
-Assists Technical Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures
-Checking to safety and health regulations for zero accident in the workplace and informing Technical manager of any shortcoming in risk control measures implemented
