QC Engineer
1. Supported full layout data for approve die sample and mass production ,Product finish good ,Product shipping ,Product outgoing Inspector new part ,new mold ,new model ,Machine change m/c ,machine revise and new condition ,support data full layout for approve ,shipping ,support document process analysis
2. Write programe cmm.
3. Cmm inspection using geometric symbols (Geometic) GD&T
4. And random inspection of parts according to specifications.
5. To teach the new employees.
7. With basic instrumentation.
8. parts using measuring instruments. Can use to measure.
9. Measurement systems analysis Management to meet IATF 16949.
10. Using CMM and writes program CMM Auto test specimens.
11. Check the product spec. The customer. (Hitachi group, Sumitomo group, Siam aisin ,Mikuni, Aunden
12. Using a CMM (Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex-S 7106 Mcosmos programe V.4.2.R2 is the best.
13. The quality assurance documentation. In order to meet the requirements of customers.
14. The measurement in a New Part.
15. Limit Sample preparation of the audit work.
16. Can use MS-Office (Word, Excel).
17. Use any Smart scope VHX-5000 I-NEXIV (NIKON VMA-2520, ) (NIKON VMA-6555, ) KEYENCE ( VHX-5000 ) ,IM ,tensile test , contour as well.
