• Government Cloud Infrastructure that has more than 3,000 Guest VM
(Pubic IPv4 and IPv6 each of guest). Installing, configuring,
troubleshooting, and monitoring G-Cloud Diagnosing and solving
software faults parts as required.
• Experience in Customer Service, analyze and solve problems and
Support Cloud Operation Center.
• Troubleshooting Linux Server, Windows Server, Manage and
troubleshooting Guest (OS) on VMware Product Experience in Firewall
(Paloato), Endpoint (Trend Micro Deep Security), WAF (Imperva) and
load balance (F5).
• Support customer or clients through a series of actions, either face-toface or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Configuration and Hardening Web Server, Database, FTP Server, load
balance, proxy etc.
• Monitor,maintain and secure computer systems and networks to
function well at all times.
