Supervise on daily common area operation, monitor food & beverage
HACCP and ensure the hotel standard always be maintained.
Provide service and assist the residents on the common areas.
Issue a report and take corrective actions in case of any glitches
occurred.
Control inventory for foods, beverages and amenities on common areas.
Be well updated SOP/P&P and provide training to team.
Contact suppliers for purchasing items or signing contract when
outsource-supporting services have been required.
Organize events for the residents in any special occasions.
Take preventive and corrective actions for internal and external audit
