Responsibility (Product group Ready meal, Bakery, Pre-cut fruit and vegetable)
All new HORECA product group (Bakery, savory, Precut fruit and vegetable, Cold product) are planned and developed, including product quality improvement plans, covering the work process, from the relevant departments to reporting the demand to the actual product production, with the following duties:
1. Define product development plans when receiving sales plans to research and product development staff.
2. Control the product development to have standard quality and the price is in accordance with the specified policies and in accordance with the machinery that the factory has, including the nature of the company's business.
3. Responsible for food regulations in Thailand and relevant food laws.
4. Manage oversee and follow up, including recommendations in product research and development, to ensure compliance with the plan.
5. Providing tools and equipment that are appropriate and effective enough for the operation, including the budget for product development each year.
6. Coordinate with relevant teams to improve the production process and solve problems.
7. Manage products after production with process control team, improve process, efficacy, capacity, waste, machine.
