ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
ดูแลทั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่รับสินค้าจากลุกค้ามาผลิตคือรับเข้า วางแผนการผลิต เตรียมงานผลิต งานเข้าฝ่ายผลิต
และ follow up output ในแต่ละวัน ว่าได้ตามที่ตั้ง target ไว้หรือไม่ ถ้าไม่ได้ต้องหาสาเหตุมาวิเคระห์ปัญหาโดยรวม
และแจ้งให้เซลล์ทราบสถานะงานว่าเสร็จทันหรือไม่ และจัดส่งได้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้าหรือไม่

1. Communicate planned objectives to plant operation team.
2. Monitoring daily production plan , inventory level.
3. Production planning & control for high productivity and quality improvement by use Motion
& Time Study , the QC problem – Solving Approach, Line balancing, etc.
4. Control production document of each department
5. Training employees. (employees under to control about 500 persons.)
6. moniter Receive Raw material warehouse and Disbursements for production
