ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Check,Monitor and verify of all staffs that
operate for True with both sales and services
such as product knowledge, policy, process,
cash, visibility and environment of retail shop
and non-retail shop.
- Check products that remain in stock (physical
inventory count) of retails shop/regional office
and province office.
- Sale quality audit process.
- Support, being consultant and solve the
problems for both retails shop and non-retails
shop.

- Customer service according to the bank
regulations.
- Follow the bank' policy.
- Ensure that junior staff members are properly
recorded.
- Withdraw money from the safe for circulating
in the branch.
- Check the daily money according to the
system and keep it in the safe every day.
