- Maintain and troubleshoot issues with the theater's equipment (e.g. POS, PC, Monitor, Slip Printer, Ticket Printer, Cash Drawer, etc.)
- Troubleshoot basic software & network issues across all Major Cineplex branches via remote support software
- Provision new equipment replacement in place of damaged ones across all branches
- Assess damaged equipment from branches and draft the write-off document
- Monitor and maintain branches security threats
- Train personnel on how to use IT equipment
