Daily meetings based on KPI topics and assign work to the team
Check the accuracy of the use of raw materials used in the production of each production line and control the consumption of raw materials precisely and accurately according to the set goals.
Produce labels used to identify products, Ready to check the accuracy and control the amount according to the set goals.
Control the recording and disbursement of packaging & material on the stock card for the production department to be consistent with the system.
Receive FG into the system and submit documents to the warehouse area.
Control the number of pallets from the warehouse to the production department.
Construct weekly report summarizing KPI : safety/quality issue/performance every week.
Liaison between the warehouse and the product quality assurance department and relevant departments.
Be a representative explaining the company's activities to the production staff toachieve understanding and cooperation.
