Preparing the machinery list for making the inhouse cost by each in-house processing and each
machinery (follow up the process sheet quotation
form PE dept.) for calculated costs per each
products. Making the cost calculation sheet to
prepare a quotation to customer and offer to top
management for approval.
Making the new production order sheet for set the
pre-lunch meeting of the new projection with APQP
team and prepare the all related everything are
concerned of them by making the master plan to
support the new one.
Summarized the sales result for every month and
submitted to Sales MGR.
Contracted the oversea customer for all requested
such need the postpone shipment or rejected some
parts in case of them already NG.
Prepared the sales forecast for middle term (5
years before and summited to top management
team in board of director meeting by yearly, after
that must control to achieve the target of them.
Control all sales team to work by section policy.
