• Worked with the application of technology transfer, Solidworks, and AutoCAD to
create an efficient design.
• Created inventive ideas and engineering solutions while following business
product development processes
• Established technical specifications and generated BOM using SAP to ensure
proper design.
• Evaluated raw materials and identified cost-effective technological solutions to
handle operational and maintenance concerns while improving product quality.
• Reviewed engineering designs and analyzed air conditioning problems with the
QA team to enhance product quality.
• Provided the management team with project proposals, progress updates, and a

Effectively redesigned the structure of the dust collector mounting point for the
Carrier XInverter air conditioner.
• Designed air-conditioning components, including plastic, steel, pipe, foam,
insulation, and packaging, using 3D and drawing to accomplish standards.
• Developed a BOM design and service for the new model using the SAP system.
• Utilized FEA software to simulate the strength of plastic and steel parts before
putting them into the mold.
• Created the prototype using 3D printing and CNC to verify assembly before
releasing the mold for injection molding.
• Created installation manual and service manual with Illustrator program.
