Supply Planning Role : Supply Planning of sub-contractor materials – optimizes the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels, forecast accuracy and safety stock for the portfolio of skus for which they are accountable. Refer to scope and responsibilities are following
Determines policies and reviews safety stock and inventory levels.
Regularly reviews and optimizes inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder point, safety stock, ABC categorization)
Places orders based upon agreed lead time and volume parameters.
Manages planning of repacking activities.
Works closely with Logistics Service Provider coordinators.
Reviews and resolves exceptions of Rough-cut Constraint Calculation.
Reviews and resolves exceptions of Master Production Plan.
Prepares & assists in gap resolution as pre-work to the S&OP meeting.
Intermediary between Demand Planning and Factory Planning.
Drives the flexible part of short term supply to resolve alerts of real time issues.
Determines & reviews safety stock and inventory settings quarterly.
Ensuring that the right safety stock levels are set in the entire network.
Reviews out of stock situations and defines actions to avoid this in the future.
Is responsible for daily Deployment Requisition Planning, based on the inventory settings of the Inventory Function.
Will have close & daily contact with CS to ensure fulfillment, respecting the service level agreements.




Export raw material and pack material : Refer to scope and responsibilities are following
Prepare delivery plan (extract opened POs from SAP and send to suppliers to confirm loading date, then consolidate all in one file to send to Export planner.
Issue PO to supplier and follow up PO delivery.
Submit forecast to supplier.
Verify invoice/credit note/debit note from supplier.
Import Planning Role : Refer to scope and responsibilities are following
Check B/L and import entry for all shipments.
Follow up COA and Form D/E.
Do delivery plan for import shipment.
Process a claim for damage/loss.
Process Schenker invoice for all import shipments.
Process MPRF for import duty & VAT.
Process/follow up a refund of Import duty.
Process Inter-company billing for all import items.
Process credit note/debit note for any loss/damage/additional cost.
Prepare LPI (License Per Invoice) for DG shipment.

Ensure that export process is in compliance with company and industry quality assurance standards (ISO, Customs)
Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Service report, etc) for export functions.
Issue statistical or detailed reporting for customer as requested.
Maintain and update CMP, rate sheet.
Initial setup of export shipment.
Preparation of sales credit and CMP check.
Booking & Coordination of most cost efficient means to export goods within customers requirements.
Ensure the right product and delivery on time, record the right quantity and location (OTIF)
Billing of services.
Process and correct miscellaneous accounting issues.
Ensure the customer is provided excellent service throughout the export process including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution.
Close shipments and filing.
Prepare price quotations on inbound international freight.
Follow up with agents to resolve inquiries and route international traffic.
Correct billings and issue debit and credit memos for customers.
Arrange for pick up and movement of freight to gateway.
Initiate and maintain customer master profiles in order to have correct information on hand in order to offer consistent service.
Maintain close liaison with U.S. Customs Service and for various specialized U.S. Customs clearance requirements.
Submit filing ISF, AMS, ACI 
Communicating information and instructions to/from vendors.
Review all documents, contact all new customers, perform credit checks.

Survey marketing identies demanding the target market. Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads.
Analyses statistical information pertaining to land location and checking info urban plan that can go with marketing analysis. Determining classication of land development (Resident House, Townhome, Condominium or Commercial property etc.)

Making a real estate contract pre-emption certicate and purchase agreement (S&P) and under the Consumer Protection Law.
Providing and coordinating with a loan bank on behalf of the customer.
Follow up Bridging oer approval process as agreement.
Follow up construction process and Full Structural Survey that a comprehensive assessment of the main features of a property such as electrical wiring, foundations and plumbing.
Appointment of the customer to inspect and hand over occurs under the agreed-upon conditions before transfer deeds.
Arrangement with the company's land mortgage bank to sign the redemption deed; additionally, the customer and nancing to transfer deeds and hand over a land certicate at Land Registry.
