ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Planning / Forecasting cycle for 1-2 months and submits forecast to feed production,
Review historical sales stats and evaluate forecast results (OPSI)
Collaborate with marketing, sales and warehouse in product receiving plan
and inventory Management (PO Planning)
Manage inventory level according to company policy and prevent aging stock
Manage and ensure customer orders to be processed on time and accuracy
Issue PO Document (Based on Customer Orders, Forecast Demand and Lead Time)
Check and Reconcile invoices receive between physical product WMS system and SAP system
Check logistics fee and provide data for Finance department to process payment
Coordinate with Forwarders for custom clearance import and export products
Day to Day point of contact between Venders, Warehouse, Sales Department and logistics
Collaborative planning with strategic customers, utilize best practices as well as available IT
Responsible for PSI and implement supply policy and stock management system (Monthly Review)
Create Aging stock Report, Product delivery on time Report (Monthly Review)
Control Warehouse and Logistics cost and create report compare with (Monthly Review)
Control physical stock counting and create reconcile physical stock Report (Monthly Review)


Manage Warehouse, stock, manpower and resources
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Monitoring physical inventory and prevent aging stock
Coordinate with vendor and logistic for inbound (GR) and outbound (GI)
Use WMS, SAP, PDA Network as provide to manage stock level and control the order cycle
Manage warehouse and to ensure stocks are stored safely and accuracy
Allocate and manage staffs, resources according to sale demand.
Coordinate between Sales Department, Marketing Department, Finance Department
to achieve 100% service rate on customer orders
Facilities management, inventory control procedures and perpetual stock verification
Responsible for stock taking and stock management (for internal audit)
Monitoring efficiency for cost control and Prepare annual warehouse budget
