ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsible for assistant Manager to manage all machine maintenance tasks of IFT in order to attain a world class standard of excellence in manufacturing. Responsible for the support maintenance management system and analysis to support the repair and maintenance of machinery is to be effective. Responsible for any facility task for delivery beyond service as customer’s need.
Engineering / Tufting process /Backing Line process /Maintenance and Facility Management & Improvement
• Support Assist manager to develop key performance indicators to control and track progress of each engineering, maintenance, facilities section and also drive engineering continuous improvement initiatives & projects.
• Support Tufting Technician to PM plan , Daily Checklist , Machine breakdown
• Support supervisor to operate the effective maintenance of all machines, including breakdowns and preventive maintenance, work control, automation, outside maintenance contractors and repair shops.
• Support maintenance department, PM plan & JR task list which concerned with regular maintenance repairs, plant equipment installation and plant-wide outages
• Support senior supervisor to study / analyze historical machine profile to be effective PM master plan creation & communication
• Support team to analyzes to optimal management of PM data visibility, accuracy, timeliness.
• Maintains accountability and responsibility to continuous improvement all areas of department.
• Support supervisor to the facility operating such as telephone system, LAN, electric, water etc.
• Establish and maintain Preventive and Predictive maintenance program.
• Supports operations and the quality/process group in the identification and implementation of scrap reduction and quality control projects.
• Support and facilitate Improvement activity such as lean / productivity
• Be adviser or consultant for other department in term of Engineering know-how, trouble shooting maintenance, installation and construction both of short term and long term solution.
• Responsible for discrete categories of TPM / OEE opportunity including tracking MTBF, downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data
• Support team to develop & implement Energy Saving & CMMS program to be effectiveness.
• Support and facilitate Improvement activity such as lean / productivity and also be consultant or involve HPT / Task force team.
Mechanical & Engineering Operating / Engineering & Maintenance Project Support / Energy Support
• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
• Support Project Manager to implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Assist Senior Engineer to handle projects and assignments in improving such as capacity, machinery and line efficiency, productivity, product quality, production process and yield wastage, energy Conservation, safety/working condition Etc.
• Encourage team to improve capability consistently through TPM activities e.g. AM, PM, Focus Improvement, Kaizen and Education & Training for technicians/operators
People Management / Special Assign Task
• Maintain & enhance communication required positive employee relations and also establish employee’s engagement & team building for being high performance organization.
• Trains, develops and mentors supervisors, coordinators and personnel in team
• Creates an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration.
• Attend concern meeting such as Safety Meeting, Factory Meeting, Energy Saving Meeting. Etc.
• Be person attention & support other company project & activity & occasional such as sustain
& safety activities, mission zero champions, New year party, CCC program, ISO Coordinator etc.
• Support manager to monitor management report and department KPI to meet target
• Other task or project special assign from Senior Manager / Manager.
