Responsible for customer Requirement to factory.
• Responsible for factory DFM to customer.
• Responsible to effectively communicate through-out MPT cross functional teams on relevant program issues to assure timely and accurate completion.
• Responsible to manage overall NPI program schedule, risks, qualification, approval & product launch
• Responsible to ensure all customer requirement are answered and closed as fast as possible.
• Responsible for new product introduction into factory via kick-off meeting
Product Engineering Management
• Responsible for FCS commitment & on time delivery for all new programs, design changes, eval orders.
• Responsible for NPI CAP commitment for test 1st prototype suspension line
Engineering Issues and GAP Closure.
• Responsible to manage and close all DFM with customer & MPT internal groups
• Responsible for DFSS improvement plan.
• Responsible for driving program issues improvement plan to closure and update customer.
