ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
As an assistant of Brand & Marketing Communications in a Financial Technology Company of Capital Diamond Star Group: one of the most respected and prominent conglomerate groups in Myanmar, I am responsible for
- developing creative and trendy content ideas,
- directing art direction to the design team,
- directing and monitoring the outsource marketing agency for content, visual and media buying,
- aligning with internal teams (Partnership, Product, Technology, Finance, Operation, and Customer Experience),
- corporating with other partners who accept our payments,
- giving the best services to customers,
- developing marketing plans and explaining & asking for Stakeholders' approval,
- creating marketing campaigns, promotions, and promotion booths for customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and loyalty
- monitoring all marketing activities to get the best ROI,
- searching and monitoring other competitors' marketing plans and
- brainstorming the creative and newest campaign ideas to beat all competitors.
