MS Office 365 Administration:
- Monitoring usage patterns and usage rates to ensure that employees are using the system efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems, etc.
- Maintaining security by monitoring the system for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and taking action to mitigate them
- Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software that is used in conjunction with Office 365, such as printers or mobile phones that use Exchange ActiveSync
- Maintain the product licensing
IT Manager:
- review and update IT and Security Policies for company
- Manage Maintenance Program of all IT Infrastructure
(Server and Network and Security)
Report Manager and Data Analyst:
- Ad-hoc and Reports for Investors: create the Ad-hoc Excel Spreadsheets, metrics for the representative information followed by the investor’s requirements.
- AMC Quarterly Report for Bank of Thailand: prepare the quarterly AMC performance reports and submit to the Bank of Thailand database system called SECURE NET.
