Responsibilities: Supervise & control all employee of

order to support production department to be efficient and

In charge of machine installation, establish, maintain and
implement PM Action plan relating to production equipment.
Direct the engineering monthly report activities of PM &
Maintenance Section to management.
Manage Production Engineering / Machine Maintenance to
control “Spare parts” and “machine’s supplier” to comply with
the timeline to ensure that orders and repairs are timely
managed.
Manage Preventive maintenance and support for machine
breakdown and take countermeasure for PM.
Analyze work method and develop systems to supportmaintenance and oversee PE & Maintenance Staff and develop
teams with new technical skills.
Developing and maintaining consistently good service to meet
customer satisfaction.
