- Define and execute business plans to project team.
- Implement the projects plans within budgets and resources.
- Report monthly revenues, confirmation order, backlog, and P&L to General Mgr.
- Recruit staff and provide resources to relate with business plan.
- Implement ERP system to project management, inventory, and accounting.
- Follow up and update project status with the project team.
- Manage inventory stocks and define min-max stocks in element materials.
- Screen and consider contractor’s qualifications.
- Approve overtime hours and leave to staff/subordinates, here are Engineers, Operators, and Administrators.
- Plan and provide advanced cash for on-plan projects.
- Approve invoices and purchase orders.
