Responsible for leading the food and beverage service staff in facilities to include the Kinnaree Restaurant, In Room Dining, Turquoise Bar, Chinese Restaurant ,Pool, Banquet & Catering
- Interact daily with hotel and dining guests to promote brand and accept feedback.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Manage chef, kitchen staff, and service team of over 60 persons to provide stellar dining experiences to high-profile patrons.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
-Manages service aspects in all food and beverage assigned areas and events, and acknowledges, greets and thanks all members and guests.
- Responsible for employee relation issues and reviews incidents with Human Resource Manager
-Completes and administers employee performance appraisals
-Acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD)
-Maintain consistency of service by being aware of and prepared for all course events, large parties and reservations that may affect food and beverage service operations
- Ensures a pleasant dining experience in all outlets by collaborating with Executive Chef in the creation of menus and menu pricing as requested

- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
