HRD
• Human Resources Strategies, Policies & Procedures, Rules & Regulations, and other programs
• Develop a training program and performance management programs to ensure employees' job competencies enhancement.
• Training programs (Including course design, planning, training & evaluation)
• Training by rank, OJT, Inhouse & public training

HRM
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• To ensure the organization’s regulation will be complied with labor law or concerned laws.
• Perform personnel systems such as promotion, upgrading, evaluation, rewarding, engagement until their retirement
• Analyze, resolve employee issues or conflicts.

General Affairs
• Manage and control all admin jobs, including purchasing office equipment and necessary stationary
• Maid and guard services and management
• Driver services and management
• Company annual year seminar
• New year party and other events for all employees (Vaccination, annual heal check, Amphetamine check etc.)

ISO Management
• The center of ISO documents controlled (ISO9001, ISO14001, IS050001), PDPA and safety supporting.
• QMR & EMR head office.
• Reviewing, establishing, meeting of ISO standardization committees
• Distributing document to relevant departments.
• All systems audit’s management both of Thailand and abroad country audit including domain (Japan)Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.
• Expert in design and implement ISO systems from paper to online system via Lotus Notes or Outlook (paperless and reduce processing time)

8.จัดทำแผนระบบการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร (Internal Communication)
