- Consult and promote all variety details of retailing products to customers.- Supervise and handle customers complains and after sales problems in Duty Free Shop.
- Execute and update different products promotion activities and shopping free goods in Duty Free Shop monthly.
- Customers' satisfaction survey collection and analysis quarterly
