 Inspect and suggest employer to perform according to law related to safety,
operational health and work environment.
 Analyze work to indicate danger including specify defensive measure and offer
safety work process to employer.
 Assess work safety risk and eliminate.
 Assess performance of company to be in line with project plan or work safety
measure.
 Suggest, teach, and train employee to perform without any incident that could
cause insecurity at work.
 Measure and assess work environment or operate with other people or agency that
register with Department of Labor Protection and Welfare or examine document
report in inspection of work environment of company.
 Develop, maintain and implement procedure and other document in accordance
with OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001.
 Regularly prepare and conduct the training of Fire Drill, First Aid, Truck
Transportation and Safety Awareness.
 Control stock of these equipments.
 Associate with HR Manager in induction program for new employees in particular
safety issues, promote safety awareness at all time.
 Secretary of SHE committee; arrange the SHE committee meeting on regular basic.
 Control security system on site and Security officer.
 Classification list hazard concerned of chemical substance to permission with
government.

 Gather statistic, analyze information, and arrange report and suggestion about
danger encounter, sickness, or trouble because of performance of employee.
 Implement and maintain Group EHS objective and Driveline EHS and Business Risk
Objective.
 Cooperate and implement any action from DCS, iShare or GKN group requirements.
 Supervise all employees in Environment Health and Safety issues. Ensure EHS working
conditions in accordance with relevant laws and GKN group requirements.
 Develop, maintain and implement procedure and other document in accordance with
OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 and GKN requirements.
 Regularly prepare and conduct the training of Fire Drill, First Aid and Safety
Awareness.
 Ensure all personal protection equipments are in right condition, sufficient for
employee, and obtain certificates. Control stock of these equipments.
 Associate with HR Manager in induction program for new employees in particular
safety issues, promote safety awareness at all time.
 Update and maintain key statistics, i.e., accident, illness, usage of first aid
facilities, etc., including correction of safety board.
 Be the secretary of SHE committee; arrange the SHE committee meeting on regular
basic.
 Control and coordinate of waste management system to segregation to sale or
disposal and submit quantity weight of waste in Industrial government website.
 Control security system on site and Security officer.
 Pest Control Management.
 Annual permission licens with Local Governemnt such as Waste Management, Notice

 Leader to improvement and maintain 5S. activity.
 Acting DCC / OH&SMR and EMR of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standarts.
 Support and maintain IATF 16949 standart.
