• Monitor the movement of shipment and ensure that shipment is done in accordance with the rules and regulation of Import and Export.
• Reviewing shipping documents to ensure full compliance with customs regulations.
• Works effectively & closely with overseas suppliers/internal departments/Agent lines/freight forwarders/customs broker/truck company to schedule deliveries in timely manner.
• Calculates estimated costs associated with the shipping/delivery function and recommends appropriate alternatives to reduce logistics cost and duty.
