ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing
Mmethods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
- Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual
and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems
- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work
according to quality requirements.
- Analyze all products and non conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of
optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

Purchase engineer
• Sourcing, identify and develop potential local/ oversea supplier's resources for new model part and localization part.
• Responsible for supplier selection, supplier evaluation and audit.
• Manage supplier launch readiness & program.
• Manage tooling preparation schedule/ report, project preparation schedule and supplier APQP
• Involve in quality improvement, PPAP and support ISO / TS16949
• Analyze cost of purchasing part&raw material
• Responsible for implementing the requirement of the part localization.
• Responsible for contract drafting release and following management.
• Responsible assessment/ evaluate supplier performance and supplier rating program.
• Monitor cost, material and other purchase activities, mass production phase until project lift off.

Duties/Responsibilities
-Receive product drawing and plan for evaluation/testing process
-Test performance for Shock Absorber and support company outside events
-Build testing event for Shock Asorber (Motorbike,Sedan,Pickup Truck)
-Test item parts for example,Performance test,Strength test,Endurance test,Durability test,Characteristic test, and to provide technical assistant to support customers.
-Provide testing statistic report and present to customers.
-Research and Development new jig and equipment to support testing (using AutoCAD Solid work,Catia)
-Purchase new parts to support new model and ECN
-Ensure all parts and products along with test results meet the customer's requirement and specifications.
-Research parts,summary data then made report and made test plan
-Check and control machines and equipment
-Measurement value and shock absorber component
-To support project and follow up the new model
-Check parts import from Japan and coordinate with suppliers
