- Find and offer logistic service to customers (Import/Export cargo, Customs clearance, Handle oversize cargo, etc.)
- Provide the right service for each customer. in accordance with the conditions, product types, and customer expectations.
- Keep relationship with current customer for regular shipment.
- Maintain and manage delivery according to the plan.
- Solve the urgent problems that may occur in the shipment.
- As a consultant to customers for the delivery of specialized products such as DG cargo, oversize and overhigh cargo, Break-bulk cargo, etc.
