- Manage warehouse and delivery costing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Support warehouse annual budget preparation. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets that resulted in 7% overall decrease in warehouse and transport operations cost.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, distribution, warehouse, transportation, and administration to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for stock physical counts/audit, reconciling with system record, material return, verification etc. In 2018-2019, Stock accuracy resulted 99.9%. It’s higher than Stock accuracy target 0.1%.
- Responsible for the daily deliveries route planning, to ensure the service level achieved is meeting client’s expectation.
- Drive daily warehouse issue solutions and transportation process been implemented correctly and timely.
- Lead the development and improvement of warehouse internal process, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistics workforce. Lead the annual performance management process to evaluate team member’s overall performance.
- Responsible for proper records keeping, and preparation of required document and reports such as P&L report, monthend report etc.
