Responsibilities :
- Overseeing Human resource management which includes HRM, HRD,HROD, HRIS, Compensation & Benefit, Performance management, Recruitment, Training & Development, Manpower Planning, Employee Relation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Policy Management and Counseling.
- Create or initiate HR Plan & Strategy to align with the company’s direction.
- Drive HR improvement projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies, strategic plans, and tactical changes on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Ensure compliance with laws and best practices to ensure that business run efficient, accurate, timely, and responsive.
- Provide consultation and guidance to improve relationships, build morale and increase efficiency & productivity.
- Revise, build, promote and maintain the company's culture and design strategies to communicate to employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
Human Resources Sector
1. To manage and supervise in carry out in matters of Manpower.
2.To manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies.
3.To supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc). Also to issue the ID Badge, Announcement for employee and counseling for any problems for employee and to obtain any input from employee for the Company’s interest.
4.To manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (to make of vacancy, selection, test and interview of employee’s candidates).
5.To manage and responsible for handling any application, filing of claim and Report of Pertaining in matters of Manpower.
6.Making Job Description and KPI for each department
7.KPI and OKRs Evaluation.
General Affair Sector
1.To manage and supervise in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
2.To supervise the General Affairs duties.
3.To supervise the Company’s documentations.
4.To supervise the orderliness of Office administration.
Payroll Sector
1.To manage and make payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs .
2.To control in payroll administration orderliness.
Adhoc
1.Review contract
2.Submit a request for copyright registration to the organization
3.Drafting Employment contract and Company's contract including the contract of business team.
4.Drafting Employment contract and Company's contract including the contract of business team.
5.Review letter and power of attorney of company.
1. Checking B2b Insertion Order and its amendment to be in line with LAMP system and protocol.
2. Preparing documents and issuing payment to apply stamp duty including affixing it with each IO.
3. Managing Stamp duty database and coordinating with finance when problem occurs.
4. Updating agency agreement in LAMP system.
5. Managing all legal expenses and payment.
6. Uploading registered contracts and PO into SLAM system and documents retention.
7. Drafting POA and first draft replying letter.
8. Preparing supporting documents for attach with contracts.
9. Managing team schedule and pos .
10. Providing signed contracts as requested by team member and other departments.
11. Uploading and Updating updated law in SLAM system.
12.Create Digital signature on the contract.
13.Checking contract and insert digital signature on contract.
14. Draft invoice and TOR for Doing trading between the company and partners.
15.Train new employees about the work process.
16.Coordinate both inside and outside the company For organizing training in the organization.
17.Review contract before input digital signature.
18.Help the boss calculate and control all expenses within the department not exceeding the budget we receive.
19.Organize activities to build relationships within the department.
20.Able to work under pressure.
21.Follow the instructions that have been assigned.
22..Find suppliers with good prices Quality work and send contract to translate
23.Summary of expenses and work for the whole year. Put the powerpoint and send it to the head in Korea.
