• Purpose & Responsible for Annual Brand Strategy and Budget.
• Responsible for new project to improve operation & back office workflow.
• Develop daily Operation standard for C.P.S Coffee 13 branches.
• Co-ordinate with Opening new store, Re-locating store to new area, and Closing down current store.
• Control budget sales, COGS, COL and monitor P&L report.
• Develop Internal Promotion for Barista, Assistant Manager, Store Manager.
• Responsible for Manpower model follow target sales and actual sales.
• Improve Training plan and daily checklist, create QSC checklist (Quality, Service, and Cleanliness)
• Audit all stores and improve working standard.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Marketing, Business development, PR, R&D and Chef to achieve target.
