1. Determine the plan for installing the R-ATM and determine the plan for In-Spec of the R-ATM that is out of warranty in order to renew the contract to maintain the R-ATM.
2. Monitor Incident & Error Log for K-Bank, BAY, BBL, T-Bank, UOB and East Buy and coordinate between the bank and the company to repair the RCM to the specified SLA.
3. Prepare the Incident information of the R-ATM that there is an error causing the R-ATM to not be able to use the device normally.
4. Summary of Root Cause Analysis that caused by customer error or the hardware of R-ATM and Passbook
5. Arrange Quarterly Plan PM of R-ATMs, Plan PM Cassette and Passbook Machine.
6. Make a claim for damages in the event that the equipment on the R-ATM is damaged, other than the use, including the money box.
7. Take care of expenses of Engineer (Zone South) to be in specified expenses.
Success at work and current work:
1.Success in making Service Ava. Hardware from 94.79% in 2018 to 97.52% in 2019 (up 2.73%) from 1367 machines that HITACHI maintains (Kbank).
2.Hardware Incident from 0.81 times per machine per week in 2018 to 0.45 per machine per week in 2019
3. Create a Plan Milege with the responsible bank. (Change spare parts according to the usage life)
Repeat Call Tracking: By weekly, No repeated machine
4. Frequent breakdowns per month are 10 devices per month from a total of 2034 machines.
5. Success MA transfer machine from IBM to HITACHI 200 machine

3. Summary of Root Cause Analysis of each of the devices that have problems receiving complaints from customers to the bank by making a report of ATM machines. Receiving complaints (CCRP) per week
Success at work :
1. The number of Incident ATM + R-ATMs can be reduced from 150 per day to 85 per day. From all 6700 machines
2. Can reduce the number of complaints received regarding ATM and R-ATM from 8 cases per week to 2 cases per week.
