Planning
• Supporting the business planning, budget, continuous improvement and cost saving measures
• Support to implement the all plant activities to achieve the targets and improve the manufacturing performance.
Organizing
• Conduct daily and monthly work meeting with subordinates to follow up work progress and work related issues in order to ensure that works are performed according to plan.
• Participate in the following meeting;
Daily meeting Unit Managers and Operation Director to update work status and general work issues.
Monthly meeting with Managers and Directors chaired by Managing Director.
Leader
• Setup, the person in charge for each issue to solve problems according to the planned management plan.
• Request report from subordinates and Persons in charge.
Control
• Manage & control, motivate and coaching the Production team to achieve the goals in term of Quality, Cost, Delivery including support to drive the System global standard and Lean Manufacturing to improve the business results.
• Monitoring overall Production performance and formulating improvement actions where necessary including ensuring that the production cost is effective.
• Control and manage the production process about manpower , productivity , defect ratio , and other concerning production activity.
Auditing
• Fully responsible to answer and provide supporting information or documents to all internal and external auditors as required for approval by Authority’s regulation, customer requirement and company procedures.
