● To ensures all products meet consistent standards, develop and implement quality control tests.
● Support customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
● Review specifications for products or processes.
● Set requirements for raw materials , intermediate products , finished products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
● Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal requirements.
● Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
● Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standard inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
● Improve and Manage all resources that used in Laboratory and Quality such as : staff , materials , methods . equipment.
● Support to customer requirements and customer compain.
● Comply and achieve the International Standards for Quality System : ISO9001 , ISO/IEC17025 , IMS14001 , QSHA9001, etc.
● Experience start up laboratory for new plant such as : UHV plant in IRPC.
● Achieved Project for new products development for Lube Base Oil Plant.
● Good Coordinate and work together with Marketing , Supply chain , R&D , Production
