Team: using Buddle Handset, Corporate SMS, and Tracking system.
o Managing and controlling the target for sales teams.
Responsibility 100 million per year ( by 100% base
retention target and 80% Share gain target)
o Coordinating with Marketing team to develop CRM
Program for customer satisfaction.
o Building Sales Training System and training new coming
Sales and the sales trainer.
o Negotiate with Vendor to reduce cost for the company
o Organize the seminars in upcountry and being the speaker in the
topic “open House”
o Being consultant for the team to help solving the problem.
o Coordinate to invite Vendor to be the sponsor in company’s
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Be able to Cross-Selling to make Revenue growth up to 300% of the target.
- Closed sales on new customers every month to achieve the target. (Revenue
total 15,000,000 bht cover target)
- Be the Top three of sales team and get commission of 30 staff continuously the
whole year thorough.
- Be able to sell to customer on new projects.
- Be able to propose new services to customers according to the target
