Production Function.
• Management of plastic granulation work, rubber crushing work extruder work, picking up rubber pellets for support. Give each injection machine every point of work is responsible for the employees under their supervisors.
• Supervise all departments all of department to achievement KPI follow-up by monthly.
• Develop and improve work processes to increase the efficiency of factory operations.
• Manage to reduce factory operating costs.
• To advise to plan production , set production goals (quality , production cost , delivery)
• Measure and evaluate the performance of various departments under command.
• Control the plastic injection work according to the development plan, solve the plastic injection problem, have Technician leader as subordinate.
• Supervise injection molding machines to be in accordance with the planning road map. Plan to give the injection.
• New model support as core team APQP to making PFMEA /control plan
• Auditor of IATF 16949 & ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007.
• CFT (Cross Functional Team) data discuss with team.
• Make preventive maintenance plan for press machine and TPM.
• Planning manpower follow production forecast.
• Control Supervisor team to improvement size change set-up.
• Coaching to all of employee to update standard of operations all machine.
• Preparation and control of annual Operations budget and monthly reporting review.
• And overall of production function control.
