• Responsible for candidate screenings including; profile reviewing, testing and interviewing of candidates
• Searching candidates in IT roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Developer, Tester etc.
• Be consultant for candidate who do not know their career path
• Conduct online interview with clients via MS Team, Zoom or Google meet
• Maintain and update weekly recruitment performance report
