• Support team member as team leader.
• Daily report extracted from company operating system.
• Liaise and collaborate with authorized service centers of each brand and financial department regarding repair and billing etc.
• Liaise and collaborate with logistics service providers regarding agreement and logistics operations.
• Provide claims bordereaux to local insurer for making claims settlement.
• Advise and notification an operations manager for significant issued in each claim.
• Manage a team member’s shift and provide the advisement to complex question.
• Handle UAT of new business operation and policy service project.
