▪ Management manpower and plan product for achieve
target daily and monthly
▪ Improvement process for increase productivity
▪ Plan and estimate manpower/machine follow PC plan
( Short plan and long plan )
▪ Control budget for indirect material
• Position : Process Engineer
• Responsibility :
▪ Control overall yield all process to relate with estimate
monthly profit.
▪ Control engineer team for improvement yield.
▪ Analysis root cause and optimize condition for action the
problem.
