• Make a phone call and greet, obtain, and assist customers with their demands.
• Interact with clients, customers, and vendors to make reservations, travel arrangements, delivery service, emergency roadside assistance, and so on.
• Handling and resolving consumer complaints
• Record all call information in accordance with regular operating practices.
• Create, manage, follow up on, and participate in marketing channel activities (email, phone, Facebook message, Line@, and so on).
• Coordinate with the customers who wish to enquire about or schedule an appointment with the specialist.
• Communicate with in-house relevant departments to provide the best possible experience for clients, including 3rd party companies for customer personal case management. (Lifestyle Services, such as limousine, restaurant, or hotel reservations)
• Create marketing materials such as check-up programs.
• Create a monthly memorandum for the recording of internal financial statements.
