ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1.Responsible for entire logistic planning to ensure shipment meet timeline and expected standard such as loading plan & customer requirement plan for truck and rail shipment.
2.Coordinating & communicating with domestic & foreign clients, and overseas agents in role of Marketing & logistics management.
3.Plan for transport reservation and transport allocation.
Manage and control 3rd party contribute activity support with company requirement.
4.Handle export documents ( Do, Invoice, Billing, E-rubber permit and related documents) and prepare require document to fulfill customer need.
Prepare transport charge comparison, monthly sale report, weekly meeting report in order to present to management level.
5.Maintain good and strong relationship with existing clients both domestic and foreign customer.
Arrange weekly product bidding with potential customer.
Develop monthly innovative project to improve job function.
6.Response to customer complaint regarding product shipment.
7.Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
